how come when i go to stop my nitro rustler it dies after holding the brake for a couple of seconds?? (I NEED HELP!!!) and also it is not my idle

Maybe bad clutch spring or springs.

ok i just got a nitro rustler trx 2.5 i broke it in about a month ago so things cant be bad. whenever i stop the idle gets real low and it dies after about 4 sec. of holding the brakes. I NEED HELP! i persinaly think it is 1 of three things

1.low speed needle
2.to rich
3. when the brakes pull it is shuting the carb to much
(answer 4. i hate these nitro to complicated. lol )

1. ALL of your problems suggest low idle, turn the needle up an 1/8 turn.See if that helps.
2. How can you say its not your idle when you obviously don't even know what the idle does?
and 3. Nitros aren't that complicated, you just have to use your brain rather than relying on what us others that already went through the same process have to say.

Things CAN be bad.Just because its fairly new doesnt mean a thing.I have had vehicles come straight out of the box with bad/broken parts
