Status: offline 		You might be able to import it into Windows Movie Maker (included with XP). But it would help if I knew the file extension RealFlight uses in their videos.

Status: offline 		C:\Program Files\RealFlight\Recordings. But i have RF2. They may have changed it in the later releases.
