My 4 port Rx charger is doing some rather odd things to me. It may be normal.

I have two 30% aircraft that I'm running a 4300mah on the Rx and 2150mah on the ignition (both Li-Ion).

While charging one plane one charge light will go out the other will not for maybe an hour or so later. If I change the charge socket to the one that went out it may or may not charge any more, if it does it is only for another 10 minutes or so. If I plug it into either of the other two ports, one port may not light indicating it's charged and the other port may be flickering indicating it is peaking and balancing.

Bottom line; none of the four ports react the same to any one battery. Is this normal? I would think each port would see the same voltage and balance and indicate the same state of charge. Am I wrong?

Thanks,
Steve

I have the same thing going on with my charger. I was thinking it was the lead, but am not sure of that!

Guys, Do yourself a favor. Remove the case from your charger & inspect for obvious componet overheating. If this is found ( like so often is!)
One of the other Battery/Charger suppliers would welcome you as a customer.

 You will be much safer.
