I have a 3s1p 9.9v a123 pack from ebay that I have charged less then 10 times. After the last charge It only measures 7v. Tried to charge again with the hyersonic charger (came with batteries on ebay) and it claims its fully charged. So I tried to run it in a stapede and it seemed dead of course so I pulled it right back out. Right away I noticed one cell was very warm while the other 2 were cold. So I used a volt meter and measured each cell and found that 2 were around 3.4 while the 3rd is only .145v..... So its dead dead.... Not sure why, it was fine in the last run 2 days ago. Is there any trick to getting this cell back or am I toast?
