If you start the build with a plan to move elev/rud/throttle servos aft and also a plan to move the battery aft, you should be able to use one of those engines without any lead balance weight. One...

I'm sure a good servo is a good servo, Hitec, Futaba, JR, etc.

I used Hitec HS645MG for the elevator and rudder and HS455HB for the ailerons and it has been flying well for a year.

I did my US1000 with one less bay per wing and it flies great.

Would this US1000 let me join? Many good flights with an OS FT-160 twin four-stroke. Great flier and everybody loves the sound of the motor.
