I would not go quite that high in KV on 3S . Around 3500 KV . Get a motor with a 3mm shaft so you can change pinions easier . Minimum of 60Amp on the ESC .
What is your budget ?

Castle Creations 1/10 SV3 Sidewinder SC + 3800kV w/5mm shaft

Just have to remember what your pinion gears fit on what size shaft. Castle also has a ESC/3800Kv motor combo with 1/8" shaft.
Me, I'd grab HobbyWing EZRun WP-SC8 ESC, and pick a 550/3656 sized 3800Kv of your choice.

I personally can't give firsthand experience with that combo. My concern would be the 2 pole 540/3650 sized motor turning all four tires on the Volcano. Gear the motor right, and you'll be fine. Keep an eye on the motor temps 'til you find the sweet spot.
