The TH13x1A will fit. However, I have not done any testing myself. I did have a customer try one and said he lost about 200 rpm. I don't know if he retuned or just put it on and ran it.

I installed Jim's mufflers on my two Saito 100s in a P-38. The results were as follows:
-better throttle response -about 200 RPM increase on each -better fuel economy -fully cowled in now and looks better -slightly better tank pressure -compact and less likely to vibrate loose -and the sound is great
I am totally impressed and highly recommend Jim's product. My engines have never run better, and on a twin, that really means a lot to me.

The TH12x1A TurboHeader is used on the OS 91 and the Saito 82. It will fit the 90 adapter on the 82. However, to use it on the OS 91, a special adapter is required. The special adapter has a 12x1mm female thread and a 11x.75mm male.

Hi Jim,
I am interested in the TurboHeader Muffler and 90 degree adapter for two of my RCV 91-CD's. Do you make mufflers that will fit this engine? If so, is there any concern about the sharp corners the exhaust must take during its exhaust path? Thanks...
