Here is a video link for the NU B2. We should have flown the plane closer in to get a better image but it shows it will do just about anything you would like. It does not have any bad habits and is just plain fun to fly. You can float it down for a slow landing, and when it stalls, its nose will drop straight down and build speed and recover on it's own.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbQRCeLr5K0

As far as build threads go, It has only been out for about 3 weeks, so the first customers have yet to comment on the actual build, except,on my previous ad, a cusotmer sent a thread complimenting the quality.
He ordered one of each color. He was surprised there was not one wrinkle in either kit. I will ask some of the customers to start sending threads with their comments.
Thanks for asking about the NU B2

HI Leo , Thanks for the plug and the video. This NU B2 in the video is officially the first production version flown. The previous videos were of the first prototype .
Lou did a wonderful job with the covering and did a couple of neat tricks with the assembly. I liked the way he installed the battery. He removed the front servo tray.( intended for a throttle servo )
He installed the battery vertically, in between the wing leading edge and the firewall. It fit in perfectly.
FYI --- I do have some inventory of both colors left due to reservation cancellations.

    Hello Art,
Sorry the closest I have is the ready to cover (RTC)
The price for the RTC is $120. I will be placing another order in about a week. I can ask my source what it would cost. If you like to build from the ground up , you would be surprised of the quality if the RTC.It would sure save you some time.
    Thanks for your interest ---John

Yes ,I have Blue/ yellow in stock and can ship immediatly.
The freight ,including insurance, to your zip is $29.69 and will take about 5 to 6 days going US parcel post. They charge extra because of the over sized box and it costs a lot to feed the horses for the stage coach.
It is also double boxed with plenty of cushioning material in between.
Hope to hear back from you --Thanks---John

A couple of flyers including myself are interested in this plane. So I have been elected to ask the questions. What would be a good electric setup for the plane. I was thinking of a park 480 motor a 40 amp ESC and flying it on a 3 cell 2200 LIpo. Any sugestions would be appricated. Thanks Jim

    Hi Jim
Two of my club members have NU b2's . One fly's electric with a 275 watt set up , very similar to what you suggested. The plane does just fine with that, or an equivalent set up. The other club member fly's with a 350 watt motor. It fly's very fast can go vertical forevever. That requires more battery for a reasonable flight time.

I would stick with what you suggested and I'm sure you will be pleased.
    Thanks-John

    HI
The cowling and wheel pants are a one piece , white ABS plastic and need to be painted. Rustoleum has a blue color that is a perfect match, and that is what is shown in the pic.
The ARF's are covered in Orocover . It is a premium covering and the covering job is fantastic. I have had many compliments from customers on the quality.
    Thanks--John

In response to the last two questions:

The weight is around 48 OZ. I believe the electric is lighter than that when finished.

I have blue/yellow arfs in stock but only a few left. If you want that color it is "first come- first serve"
I have more of the Yellow/ checkerboard , and the RTC's left .
