RE: Official Muggy thread

you need to stiffen up the chassis of the muggy, or else chassis flex will kill your clutch bell and spur.

RE: Official Muggy thread

You're tightening the upper shock nut too much! Leave it a little looser and allow the shock to articulate.

RE: Official Muggy thread

Tanker! LOL. I was running offset LPR bowties on mine and it steered like a dump truck! Now I got zero offset and it flies like the wind.

RE: Official Muggy thread

$100? LPR premounts with bowties or crimefighters should cost $64.

RE: Official Muggy thread

pull one open a little ways, wedge a little screw driver behind it, and pry the spring off/over the clutch nut. Once you get one off the rest are easy.

RE: Official Muggy thread

RE: Official Muggy thread

Wow it looks like Losi doesn't make an 11T! :D You're stuck with the 12T.

I think Big Joes offer more ground clearance, so it might be better for bashing.

RE: Official Muggy thread

Big Joe's are good for bashing. Alot of people run them on their MGT's. Why choose Big Joe's over the stockers though? Higher profile?

RE: Official Muggy thread

For Low end torque, go with the 11T. If you get the Losi CB, then you can use the stock spur and no need to change anything else.

RE: Official Muggy thread

I think its the deign of the bell cranks and servo saver that cause the slop, I wouldn't want my servo working its way through a bind. The servo will burnout pretty quick, guaranteed.

Mine has...

Use the stock springs, they are fine.

Don't know about LRP spec 3, I am running the Mach 26.

RE: Official Muggy thread

Yea, my front has got a ton of slop in it as well. It just looks like a design problem. Not sure it can be fixed.
