RE: Official Muggy thread

Yup, I talked to a Losi dealer a week or so ago that said they were being discontinued. I think he said he could only get two more.

RE: Official Muggy thread

Watch using the hingepin braces that come in those CF kits. The ones I've seen don't have the tabs that lock into the chassis like the stockers. That one appears like it doesn't. They transfer all...

RE: Official Muggy thread

Those servos are Futaba splined and won't work with the stock JR horn. They come with a decent horn and adapters though. That's what I used to begin with. Mine stripped out the adapter within a...

RE: Official Muggy thread

Marionette, type in "Muggy servo tray" in ebay or your favorite search engine. I did and dozens of places selling them came up. Same with the carbon parts.

Rich, that servo on mine is one of...

RE: Official Muggy thread

There's not really much mod'n to do to go single servo. Mine steers much better with one with less servo movement to move the tires. This servo is rated at a little over 200oz. I would suggest...

RE: Official Muggy thread

I yanked one of the screws out and laid it on a ruler for ya. The heads do protrude a hair though cause they're a smidge larger than the countersink holes in the chassis. I bought a $45 set of...

RE: Official Muggy thread

RE: Official Muggy thread

Demi, I just typed 49t off the top of my head. I couldn't remember the exact tooth count that's available for the 8. I think the Muggy comes with a 46 toothed spur. With smaller truggy tires, a 12t...

RE: Official Muggy thread

Hmmm. Mine has zero steering slop now. Before, I could hold the front tires by hand and bump the steering on the tx. The linkage would move 1/8" in either direction without the bellcrank moving. Same...
