Sorry missed this till now.Nothing to worry about. Glue/filler is as strong as the wood.

Sometimes the dowels need a polish with a band of glass cloth 400grit

Missed that. Yes, stock pipe will use any turbine you can fit. The ones around me with JetCat 180's have no pipe issues, it's the same gauge as the Tutor, Viper etc.

Yes, nothing to worry about. Different turbines radiate more, but the resin drying will stabilize now and the duct is doing its job protecting the wing
