Hello all,

With interest I'll follow this thread and will be joining the posts :-)

This week I ordered a TOPRC Voyager 110""MARINES" from EngelMT (Germany).
Also ordered from Spain the Electron Retracts ER50 set B with GS200 and 115/90mm wheels.
Servo's from Jautsch: Savox SV-1270TG on aileron, elevator and nose wheel steering. BlueBirds BLS-H51C V2 on flaps and rudder.
Also from Jautsch Powerbox Systems Mercury SRS Gyro/GPS

Things to think about:
SWIWIN SW240B or Kingtech K260G4 or JetCat P250-Pro-S
uniLIGHTS
replacing ALU-tubing for carbon
UAT
Kevlar tank

Regards from the Netherlands . . . . To be continued . . .

PS
I wanted to post some pictures, but I got "warning" that I have to admit a minimum of at least 10 posts, before I can post URL's

Can anyone inform me how long those fuselage connection-tubes are, the elevator tubes and main wing tube?

Also the diameters would be of great interest, because I think of ordering from www carbonscout-shop de

So after some flying, the last time I was at the Michigan jet meet and that was super hot about 90 all the time, and my alieron upper skin got flextime and lowered the alieron this cost the total surface blockage and almost ended badly lucky the runway is about 4000 long and the jet legend safety with one alieron at about 35 degree down so I need almost the full right alieron down to make level flight, so I strongly recommend to make some support for the upper wing skin right by the live hinge , this is example what I did using balsa wood.

Common for China Product. This kind of defect I have had with a Viper Jet 2.0m from SkymasterJets too. This was in 2008 already. I recovered and still flying this plane.

The epoxy they used it’s probably from the lowest shelf and maybe even expired, but what you expect from the cheapest that size jet

Name one manufacturer world wide, which has "the better" epoxy and won't give this heat-issue???

Why is that or other similar sentiments always the go-to when mfr defects are noted? Even dangerous defects? Even (if) true, some other brand having had an issue is not a defense or excuse.

Sentiments . . . then check your own gramma . . . . "but what you expect from the cheapest that size jet" . . . very conclusive . . . . If you want to make a "safety point". .. then just say so . . .

So today I’m at the winamac jets and the jet doing perfect with that support mod I can tell the difference the skin doesn’t flex and the surfaces are stiff and straight, the jet is a very good flying model but like everything new needs some help, and I think I’m still nose heavy with the cg right in front of the wing tube, I’m going to change it to the center of tube and later to behind the tube.

Default Voyager size

Hi,
I have a question regarding the size of the toprc voyager. Does the fuselage come in separate parts that can be build in a way that we can mount them on the field ? The fuselage is really long... If so, how many parts? Thanks

The rear section of the fuse is roughly 39" long and the forward section is 90" long. The two sections are joined together by 5 socket head screws. The fuse can easily be separated for transportation, and put back together at your flying site.
