Have you ever been to a scale contest like Top Gun or Scale Masters? There are many, many very scale planes that fly just like they should. Why is there even a discussion about THESE GUYS and US?...

I think the answer has little to do with cost and more to do with sport design. It's someone's opinion that the plane would fly better with the wings as they are. Really? Maybe with the combination...

chad thank you.. I thought it looked different some how..not that I'm surprised. Makes these planes fly a little differently. More like a sport plane etc..

I really wasn't asking if it was important to any specific person or not. It's just an observation on my part.. here's a drawing of the Spit as it appears in full scale.

I have to ask. I haven't seen one of these in the flesh yet but looking at pictures the wing dihedral looks a bit flat (way too flat in fact). Is it or is it just me and the pictures?

Perhaps the vent line in the Fuel tank isn't out of the fuel? Bend the brass tube inside the tank such that it touches the top forward part of the tank. That should stop any syphon problems with...

Brian, my dear friend.. Alas one can only do so much in these forums. In fact..I've made a capitulation of sorts and ordered a TF GS Corsair! Shamefull but true.
I may not even trick it up.. well...
