I don't know it's still an empty air frame....

I don't know it's still an empty air frame. Floats need fiberglass to seal them. Bit of work still ahead.

That prop and spinner would be good candidate to make a mold from and then replicate in fiberglass or carbon fiber.

washout isnt needed unless stated on the plans. ive been flying war birds for years, all you need is to have a good strong speed at take off and make your final turn on landing approach with no less...
